Enrollment
Birch Tree Montessori is currently accepting applications the 2024 - 2025 school year starting on September 3, 2024. Please see the steps for enrollment below. All initial visits take place via Zoom. When you click our scheduling link in Step 1, you will be taken to our calendar to set up a virtual meeting. We offer two to three Zoom appointments a month, so please scroll to the following month if there are no appointments.
Please note that the youngest children we are able to accept are 2 years, 9 months of age.

Meet with Our Teaching Team
The application process begins by setting up an initial conversation with the teachers via Zoom. During this meeting we'll give you a virtual tour of the classroom, and you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the school.

Step 2

Fill Out An Online Application
After speaking with the team and receiving a tour of our classroom, if you feel that Birch Tree would be a good fit for your family, the next step in the process is to fill out an application.
Step 3

Set Up A Visit
The final step of the application process is to set up an in-person visit.
The best way to gain more awareness about Montessori is to see it in action by observing during the children’s morning work period.
During this visit, your child will have the opportunity to join us in the classroom and interact with students and teachers while you observe.
